    Here factory mode , are you referring to  factory reset ? If so , use the below dmcli 
    dmcli eRT setv Device.X_CISCO_COM_DeviceControl.FactoryReset string Router,Wifi,Firewall,Docsis

    To build the production image , in bitbake command give prod-image instead of dev-image
