Implemented download progress bar. In case of app download from details page user will see a progress bar saying "Downloading App..."
Added TV channels tab along with menu list movies, apps, and settings.
On selection TV channels Channel list screen will be launched and on selection video will be playing in background and on backspace key press channel list screen will be closed and selected video will be playing continue.
