This Release Notes document improvements and fixes done on Automatics Core and tools. 

Release Information

Automatics Core: 

• Details: v2.3.0
• Changes: 

  • Added new API in TR69Provider to get all sub TR69 parameters under given parameter name.

  • Added support in Device.java to get MTA IP Address from Partner side. The device management API Rest (/deviceManagement/getDeviceProps) and Java API (getDeviceProperties(DevicePropsRequest request)) will support the additional parameter 'MTA_IP_ADDRESS' in request.
  • Added API in AutomaticsTapApi to copy file from Jenkins VM to device
  • Added API in AutomaticsTapApi to return TR69 parameter values as List<String>

  • Removed log4j dependency from core

  • Added logback-test.xml for logging
  • Removed 3rd party library Expect.java and hence implementation code of send() API in SshConnection.java using Expect.java has been removed. Partners can override this API to give their custom implementation for interactive command execution.

Automatics Orchestration:

• Details: v3.6
• Changes: 
  • Added new feature to Import and Export test case details and its steps details in MS Excel from Manage Script page.
  • Added support to configure SMTP server that requires authentication. This is an enhancement to existing email notification feature supports send email via SMTP server without authentication.
  • Added fix to resolve the issue where devices displaying are twice in Show Devices section of Trigger Execution Manually page.

Device Manager:

• Details:  V1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
• Changes: 
  • In query REST API deviceManagement/queryDevices, when device group name is set to empty string, then API will return devices that are not mapped to any group matching other query criteria parameters in the request.

Automatics Properties:

• Details:  V1.0.4
• Changes; 
• Updated template for automatics.properties with RDKB test properties
