Focused Regression Based on following fixes,
- AppManager APIs are not responding sometimes
- Wpeframework (Thunder) Unresponsiveness
- Vulkan Vkmark tests
- Multiple UI Issues
- HDMI CEC
- Raspberry PI high performance issues
