    There was some initial work on this but work stopped before the contribution was made.  There is still interest in two multicast options

    1. Multicast ABR to a RDK Broadband device that either creates a unicast stream for the RDK Video settop or extends the multicast to the settop.
    2. Multicast direct to the settop without a requirement for a broadband device.
