This page describes CMF quarterly release rdkb-2021q1-dunfell for Turris-Omnia, based on the new branch rdk-next and dunfell oe layers.

Initilaizing the Build Environment

Note: Cloning the code before login once to code.rdkcentral.com, user would get the Authentication error, even though the account is in good standing and has all the required access. Please login to code.rdkcentral.com before attempting to clone.

Build Instruction

Follow below build instructions

###GUIDELINE: Make sure "$ readlink -f  <workspace dir>" is not exceeding 60 characters to avert potential build issue with python3-kconfig
$ mkdir <workspace dir>
     
$ cd <workspace dir>

$ repo init -u https://code.rdkcentral.com/r/manifests -m rdkb-turris-pod-extsrc.xml -b rdkb-2021q1-dunfell

$ repo sync -j4 --no-clone-bundle

$ MACHINE=turris-extender source meta-turris/setup-environment build-turris-ext

$ bitbake rdk-generic-extender-image
