TriggerCondition is OR'd with ReportingInterval, such that report generation occurs when the reporting interval is reached OR when a condition evaluates to TRUE. If TriggerCondition is present, ReportingInterval is optional. If generate now GenerateNow is used, TriggerCondition may not be present.
