I've been digging through source code, trying to understand the format for the listthe list.

By the time it gets to ServiceManager it's a hash, with (I think) the with a Service name for the key, and some set of regular expressions for the and regular expressions to match against a URL for the value.

I can see in where it gets set in ServiceManager, but I cannot find the origin of the data, or any detail of its format..

Where does this get set?  Who provides Can someone please point me to a description of the access control list?  An exampl file (question) would be really helpful!
