Webpa URL is configured in /etc/partners_defaults.json, for community profile from https://github.com/rdkcentral/tr69hostif/blob/develop/partners_defaults.json#L60

For community devices, partnerID is set as "community" from sysint-hal repository. Example for RPI:

For Comcast devices, this is set from AuthService.

Steps to validate

Restart tr69hostif or reboot the device once you made the above changes.

Restart parodus

sysetmctl restart parodus
