Added logo_rdk.png and removed logo_xfinity.png files       file.      

Executing System

              Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer will execute on below steps               Executes the below steps to confirm the partner id change and logo modifications,

1.  Login the WebuI
2.  Go to Troubleshooting > Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer
3. Page should show the results in less than 3-4 minutes

4. If it's not showing the data's, click the STARTSCAN button in WebUI

5. Network Diagnostic Tool.
6. Under Connection menu, RDKM tab will be available .
7. If we clicked RDKM tab , it will redirect to network_setup.sh under the name of Gateway > Connection > RDKM Network
8. Captival Portal UI should be change with RDKM logo
9. Captive portal header also changed with RDKM information
10. syscfg get PartnerID - value should be return as RDKM.

11. Using dmcli to check the DM parameters of Syndication objects.

    Once the result is shown, save the results using SAVEBUTTON option in WebUI
