Candela Wifi Test Service

As part of providing, Open-sourced Candela Wifi Test Service(WT-Service). The source code is accessible at https://code.rdkcentral.com/r/admin/repos/rdk/tools/wt-service.

The service communicates with Candela Lanforge client using JSON APIs. The test script can communicate with Lanforge client via this service.
