Connectivity Test - Ping Functionality

                     Once the WAN_IP/DNS gets down, Device will stop the PING functionality.

Here, brlan0 doesn't have RUNNING label . So RPI device unable to connect with clients(Means STOPS LAN functionality).

                                    If Connectivity Test fails, device will go for reboot.

        Validation :   Using the below steps to validate the connectivity Test

                                   unplug the ethernet LAN cable or ifconfig erouter0 downTo recover this, we need to reboot the device.
