'checking sstate mirror object availability' takes too long.

hi.

i'm currently using old version of CMF and related components for my previous eperience.

recently, 'checking sstate mirror object availablity' is being taken too long. (it was fine before)

i've already understood that it might be caused by network speed or lots of recipes...

i also guess it might be caused by OEM or SoC fetch/patch servers.

is there any way to configure this checking routine ?.
