Hello
I wonder if someone who reads this could tell me how I can log support requests (JIRA system says I don't have permision to log in!). Also when I try to access the RDK Emulator I also get presented with a login credentials box.
I work in Cisco and if I need to get permission from someone inside Cisco please tell me who that person is !

Hello Michael,
There are two ways to raise a JIRA ticket. Send a mail to support@rdkcentral.com or log into JIRA and create a ticket. If you are unable to login to Jira, please send a mail to support@rdkcentral.com for your support requests.
You could access data on RDK emulator from this link - RDK Emulator Users Guide .

I have the same problem and have emailed support@rdkcentral.com but got no response. Is anyone monitoring that email address?
