Let’s Encrypt Root Certificate Expiration and OpenSSL 1.0.2

With reference to the blog on openssl https://www.openssl.org/blog/blog/2021/09/13/LetsEncryptRootCertExpire/, the Let's Encrypt certificate chain will expire on Sep 30 potentially affecting RDK-Video devices using Openssl 1.0.2. Even if the expiring certificate is replaced, there is a bug in the open source Openssl 1.0.2 which results in server certs being wrongly parsed using the old expired root instead of the new one. Hence this would impact end points also. Latest RDK releases based on Yocto Dunfel use openssl 1.1.1 and are not affected. However, we wanted to update community members still using previous Morty releases about the issue.
